dahil feeling ko NEVER akong matatapos with everything, hell week ko pa ngayon, i'll just post the photos. :) feeling ko, di naman ako nagkulang sa pag capture ng every moment. even when our car got hit, i had taken a picture. :)

December 19-20 - ENTA Christmas Party
the theme was UN so i came as a football player from Barcelona. :) bwahaha. thank you to Virlynn Ramirez for my costume, Tin Grutas for my hair, and Jem Palo for the photo. :) the following day, i had to catch my flight to Iloilo, so from the party, i went home at around 5am, packed my bags quickly, and slept the entire trip. as soon as i rode the cab, i was already asleep and when i woke up, i was already at the airport. haha. i fell asleep at the waiting area too, and i fell asleep in the plane too. i slept from 1-7pm that afternoon in iloilo, and was still sleepy after dinner. HAHA.

We drove the sisters who used to rent the place away (joke lang) and had it renovated because some of our titos and titas wanted to bring back the tradition of having weekly Sunday potlucks with the whole clan. Plus, my mother and tita are taking over the house and make it into a transformation center-ish. i'm excited about the coffee shop part. :) it's going to be a coffee shop by night, and suggested that menu would consist of our family's recipes, like Lola Imelda's Macaroni Salad, or Lola Ising's Mazapan Pili... Kape ni Lolo Jose, Tita Neneng's Chicken ala King. mga ganon. :) and our contribution? "the 3rd Generation Sandwich" at ano naman yon? kahit ano lang ang meron, salpak mo lang sa tinapay, oks na. HAHA.

we're also looking for antiques.. kahit yung mga pretentious antiques. HAHA. refer to the update on the previous post. :) i so want to play SIMS with this house. It's a 3 bedroom house (it's a big house for just 3 bedrooms, but the rooms are very VERY spacious) and all the rooms have their own bathrooms. i don't really know what it looked like, so i'm just guessing that there's 2 sala areas, 2 dining areas too. haha. ewan. it's grand opening is on Feb2 for the Jaro Fiesta. yipee!

aww! i miss you already! i played "the-evil-babysitter" with my sister Kaylle(8y/o) and my 2 cousins Alyssa (5y/o) and Ava(2y/o). HAHA. suuuper cuuute!

Christmas Eve
it's tradition that we "roleplay" the panunuluyan scene, the one where Mary tries to find a place to stay. We've all been Marys and Angels and Josephs in our time, and this year it was still Alyssa's turn to be Mary. I just played Star, Alyssa & Ava were the angels. Since Manong Reggie (Manang Marie's boyfriend) was there, he played Joseph. HAHA.


After dinner, we go to the 10 pm Christmas Eve mass in Assumption. :) I've never missed an Assumption Christmas Eve mass. i think. haha. :)



please WATCH THIS VIDEO. This is how the Concepcions roll during Christmas. it's hilarious. Tita Cynch was asking us what to sing for the exchange gifts, tapos we didn't know what to sing. so she said "merry christmas" and then Lolo Berting added "to you" tapos everyone started singing it nalang. HAHAHA anobaaaah. HAHA

During Christmas, the whole clan goes to Lolo Berting's house (my lolo's brother) for lunch, and eat and talk and do whatever and exchange gifts and stuff. HAHA. do pictorials etc etc. :) the Concepcion Christmas Song was a highlight for all of us. HAHAHA

Tita Ati didn't bring her DSLR because it had to go to the hospital, so we had this crazy family picture instead. HAHAHAHA. Merry Christmas! :) (also, Josh had to leave in the afternoon because his school was sending him to a jamboree. his first new year away from us! haha)

Pototan Year 3!
I went to Pototan again with my highschool friends! Pototan is this small town, about 45 minutes away from the city. And every Christmas, they put up beautiful Christmas lights and it gets better and better every year! but we do the same thing every year. we agree to 'meet' at around 530, but eventually leave at around 7 because of waiting. HAHA. we get there around 730, eat dinner in whatever stall we find, buy Puto Bungbong for P15 a pack (pack ba tawag don), then go around taking pictures, find people, go CR in someone's house, go around more and then go home at around 1030. :) i've found that we always do jumpshots by the huge Christmas tree. :)

I AM NOW A REGISTERED VOTER!!!
after not making it to the oct 31st deadline because of prolonged contemplation on voting and elections, i finally decided to register. Thank God for the extension. i knew it was my year. i want to register, but procrastinated until the deadline. and now the extension. Thank You! I registered on the last day of registration, dec 29. HAHA. i thought there wouldn't be any lines. after all, who would register!? it's christmas, everyone's away, and done with registering. BUT NO. i arrived to a jampacked COMELEC office with line that went forever. i should stop blabbering away about this because i have a special blog on my registration experience! hahaha. the key to this is team effort. let me remind myself to blog about that! haha. When i saw the lines, i wanted to give up. But pushed through anyway, basta! abangan ang blog about this!

New Year
My mom bought sparklers lang because that's what we're only brave enough to do. HAHAHA. but this time, tito Jap bought firecrackers and a fountain thingy. HAHA. above, Alyssa and Kaylle getting ready for New Year. then they come up with a better idea.

THERE'S MORE. because last Jan2, we went to Roxas for the Roldan Family Reunion. this was my lola's side. and i met a lot of cousins and relatives for the very first time ever. This family rarely gathers because everyone's out of the country etc etc. but everyone's here! so tada. haha will post pictures as soon as i find them. HAHA

that's all for now! spent all morning unpacking my stuff and cleaning up my room. shet parang di ko lang hellweek oh. hahahahahaha
