Lady Gara

quick blog. my role in the play Si Pilandok at Ang Bayang ng Bulawan is one of the 5 Diwatas named Gara. the Goddess (goddess ba ang diwata? bwaha) of Wealth. I just saw our costume design yesterday, and it looks like this. just with silver leggings, a swimming cap, and goggles.

shet. i've always dreamed of wearing a lady gaga-ish outfit (what!?) especially Quinn Fabray's outfit in Glee's Lady Gaga episode!

and now it's coming true. BUT WHY CAN'T I WEAR MY HAIR DOWN? or have at least that ribbon hair she used to sport?

oh but yes.

the other day, i've been seeing this car around, and i so want it. because it's shiny, it's got the figure of the car i want, AND IT'S FRIKKIN PINK.

obssession with rainbows.

omg.

a few months ago, ms. cecile aka chuvaness (www.chuvaness.com) posted these amazing shoes on her blog. these rainbow shoes are from Gola, they collaborated with these British designing group Tado (not tado tado) haha and you know i'm obssessed with rainbows. i have YET to find these shoes. i haven't really gone out to get them yet, but i'm planning to. hahahaha

okay this may be a bit too early to say anything about this career, BUT I REALLY LOVE MY JOB. :) i really do. it's really tiring, tiring like the time we climbed the mountains of tarlac for immersion

but at the end of the day, i feel like this:

i'm really enjoying. :) last night we had a family gathering for my tito's first year death anniversary, and my titas and titos were asking if i was enjoying, "SUPERRR!!!!" kita daw sa facebook ko that i really am. HAHAHA

yun lang, gusto ko lang sabihin na i'm really enjoying!

my voice. my lost lost voice.

okay, i thought being pa-os was cool, it's only the time you get to have a new voice without even trying. (BWAHAHHAA yes, i'm weird like that) it all began with the lack of water in the condo, and then the following day, together with my soar throat, i had to use my fullest voice for my baby's 3rd birthday party. to add to that, i sing very loudly so that i overpower my kids' voices and they'll be forced to follow in the singing. (yes it works)

so that's really how i lost my voice.

and usually when i lose my voice, it just takes a few days before i get back my old voice again. oh but it's now 7 days. there are 7 days there are 7 days in a week.. sandey mandey choosdey wensday toorsdey prayday satoorday!

and i'm kindof a bit worried.

because music rehearsals start next week. what am i going to do the whole time if i don't have my voice back by then?? :S I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! people have been telling me to drink salabat? or mix ginger with hot water? IS THERE A LESS DISGUSTING WAY TO MAKE MY VOICE BETTER? huhuhuuhuhuh. please. don't worry, i've been chewing on these astringosol lozenges, and i'm planning to buy moooore strepsils later because that's less painful. haha

please help teacher timee get her voice back. :(
